Locally reared 6 oz fillet of beef wellington with a mushroom and onion duxcelle, chicken liver pate, wrapped and decorated in puff pastry.
I use 6 oz of beef fillet for every portion so it is a very generous portion!
The reason my wellingtons are also premium is that it comes with its own rich port wine cream sauce.

Cooking Note: I strongly recommend buying a temperature probe so you can regulate how you like your beef cooked! This product requires an egg wash before cooking.
Note on my supplier: I use Mr Pursers fantastic beef fillet from Great Canfield, my family has used him for decades; he is local to Lilly’s Kitchen and produces incredible beef.
