Premium Main Course
A delicious medium spiced curry with meaty chunks of monkfish fresh from Billingsgate. This dish is based on a roasted tomato and pepper lightly curried sauce topped with spinach to decorate; super fresh sauce and super fresh monkfish, therefore you will be sure to impress your friends for a dinner party!
Not had monkfish and not sure if you will like it? It’s prawn like in texture so it holds it’s texture but also soaks up the flavour of the curry beautifully without being too ‘fishy’ in taste or too watery - simply delish!
Great served simply with rice and a sprig of coriander to serve.
