Cooking & Storage
Both the Wellington and red wine sauce are supplied frozen.
Defrost fully in the fridge before cooking. Allow up to 48 hours.
I strongly recommend using a meat thermometer to achieve your preferred level of cooking. (I have included the option to buy a thermometer on my website this year)
COOKING NOTE: If you prefer your beef rare or medium-rare, I recommend the 12oz Wellington, as the larger fillet allows for better control over the cooking temperature.
