I often get asked for a dairy free/gluten free option: this year I am offering a specific line of allergen friendly meat lasagnes in both a single or a family sized dish.
Still with the same carefully cooked slow braised deep flavoured mirepoix base meat ragu but with a gluten and dairy free, slightly runnier bechamel (due to using alternatives) gluten free lasagne sheets (a slightly longer cooking time) and the use of dairy free vegan cheese. Lots of fresh basil, mustard and bayleaves to lift flavours as per usual. And still so delicious.
There is a surcharge on this product to cover the high cost of allergen friendly products; soya milk, flora ‘no dairy’ butter and of course the vegan cheese.
