This vegan three bean chilli is a comforting vegan chilli, in a tomato and vegetable sauce. The flavour profile matches a chilli con carne however i use cocoa powder to enrich this delicious dish.
This can be as casual or as sophisticated as you like, depending on your imagination!
Great on a jacket potato or with rice
