The ultimate fish pie! This is the first frozen meal I started selling and I haven’t stopped since! I use very fresh fish straight from Billingsgate.
I use a mixture of salmon, natural smoked haddock, king prawns and which ever firm sustainable UK white fish my fishmonger can get hold of that week! The fish is in a parsley, dill and white wine white sauce. Topped with a buttery mash with a panko parsley crumb.
