This lasagne is made with a tasty slow braised ragu with beef mince, pork mince and smoked bacon. This is layered with fresh lasagne sheets and a creamy mustard and bayleaf white wine bechamel sauce. Perfect served with a simple leaf salad with balsamic dressing and garlic bread!
